Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson was born in Mexico into a family of musicians. The majority of her childhood listening to music from the past and boleros of the past, traditional ranchero or romantic music, as well classic classical music. Ana is a fan of tangos and operas as well as other dramatic performances. She was taught by her mother to sing. However, she started more intense vocal training by Flavio Belcerra, who was 16 at the time when the singer was famous as a Mexican opera singer and tenor. She continued her musical studies at the School of Music of the University of Guadalajara, and afterwards to the School of Sacred Music in Toluca, Mexico. She sang throughout Guadalajara, Mexico City and other cities as a young musician and student. Following her move in the United States, she performed as a member of the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. In 2002 she relocated to Southern California. She's a regular solo performer for private events and parties and performs classical Latin American Music. The love she has for performing, music, and the arts keep her involved in local activities both as an artist and teacher. Ana is also an ex-member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana is a fan of the traditional Latin American songs and hopes to encourage others to sing the same.
